SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND on all orders and selected rates around the world.

We aim to ship all orders either same or next day - this means if you order in the morning on a weekday we will get it on the courier by the afternoon. If you order in the evening we will aim to get it away the next morning - orders will not be shipped until The Good Room has received payment in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.All orders placed during the weekend will leave on the Monday morning following.

We also ship to AUSTRALIA and most of the world.

 

WHO DO WE USE FOR POSTAGE? 

 We like to be able to track things down should we need to, so we ship with PBT Couriers.

PBT aim to deliver next day for those of you based in Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Hamilton other wise you can expect a two day service. Unless of course you are on a rural delivery service, which is then up to the postie!

If you reside in the lovely SOUTH ISLAND then its a 2-3 day service. If you need any more info or would like a Saturday delivery, just drop us a line at hello@goodregards.com and we can help out.

If something is delayed then we will let you know.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

You have the choice of using tracked or untracked  shipping. We have used both services a lot and never had any issues with either of them but its always good to have the peace of mind with tracking. If you select non- tracked please note it is at your own risk, we can help try find the package should it go missing but cannot guarantee anything more.

AUSTRALIA - Shipping is $15 untracked and $25 tracked or FREE untracked service over $120 - Please note larger items may require additional fees - we will contact you if this is the case.

Rest of the world - Tracked shipping is $50 and untracked is $20 -Please note larger items may require additional fees - we will contact you if this is the case. Any questions just drop us an email to discuss!

Its also worth noting that Good Regards is not responsible for any customs charges incurred, every country has different rules and its up to you to deal with that.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

CAN YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL AND BANK DEPOSIT? 

YES! Just follow the shopping cart process which will take you through to the Paypal checkout YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH US - just simply click on the second option on the right that says "dont have a paypal account".

Please note Good Regards will be the name that appears on your cardholder statements.

WHAT ABOUT BANK DEPOSIT? 
We understand not everyone has a credit card - we prefer credit card or paypal but we do also accept payment via bank transfer. Just checkout like normal and select bank transfer as your payment method- you will then be provided with our bank details. Please note payments must be received within 5 working days or your order will be deemed void.

ALL PRICES ARE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS and our business is based here in New Zealand.

 

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY -FUSS FREE EXCHANGES
Okay, well by law we DONT have to exchange something if you simply don't like it-BUT sometimes we are too nice to listen to that kind of thing- SO if you dont like it, doesnt fit or whatever the reason, all you need to do is drop us an email and we will let you know how to ship the item back to us for either an EXCHANGE, CREDIT or a FULL REFUND. 

All returns must be received within 10 days of the original purchase date. Once deciding you wish to return an item the first thing you need to do is email us for further instruction. From there we will provide delivery information. You also need to use a track and trace shipping option on your return because if it goes missing in the post we take no responsibility. All postage fees incurred are payable by you but if its an exchange we will usually ship the replacement back to you free of charge.

Please note all refunds will be processed into the exact account you purchased with.

Its important to note that refunds will not be processed until all goods have been returned to us and we are satisfied of their condition. 

 Also we honour your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act so it if there is a fault with the item, then please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem. All items purchased ON SALE are NON-REFUNDABLE- Sorry about that.

As well as this fantabulous online store we have a physical store in Mt Maunganui, we endeavour to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible but there are times when someone can be purchasing an item in store at the same time as you might be online. If this happens we will notify you asap, apologise and refund you straight away.

Yes it does. It probably wont ever break up with you, steal food off your plate or forget to text you back- its just good like that.
